Our premium Straight 91 Bourbon Whiskey is made with pure mountain water and locally sourced premium grains. We use only hybrid pot stills, as this allows us to cut our spirits close to the heart. The superior white whiskey produced in this small batch process is then aged in new white oak charred barrels to enrich its flavor integrity. After two long years of aging, OTTER ROCK BOURBON earns the distinction of being referred to as a Straight Bourbon.

Natchez Trace Moon Blackberry
NATCHEZ TRACE MOON BLACKBERRY is a tribute to a popular Southern distilled specialty and to the early thoroughfare through the rugged wilderness known as the “Devil’s Backbone”. Nothing ominous about this though, just the subtlety of ripe, sweet blackberries with a lingering kick of intense corn whiskey.
Frosty otter American Style Single malt whiskey

Frosty otters love ice, and so do we. That is why we bottle our Appalachian style single malt at 45% ABV. It's "Frost Proof".
When the time is right, put an Otter on ice, or a Solo cup of snow, if you prefer.
